Advanced Trainings
The Santiago Lomelli Atelier proposes a selection of advanced trainings from which you will gain a complete mastery, at a professional level, of an exceptional know-how recognized by experts in Fashion and Luxury.
These trainings are open to all, from beginners to advanced embroiderers and fashion students. It might be helpful though to have some basic knowledge of embroidery technics prior to enroll to this program.
In order to offer you the best learning environment, trainings take place at the Atelier within a limited group of 4 people maximum.
The knowledge of the” Métiers d’Art” is an indéniable advantage for any fashion entrepreneur or designer. That is the reason why we invite fashion and design schools to incorporate one these modules into their curriculum. Advanced embroidery
Master the know-how of excellence and elaborate an embroidery that will combine both needlework and Crochet de Lunéville. You will be given the opportunity to fully express your creativity: choose your favorite design, turn it into an original piece with your own artistic interpretation marrying pearls, sequins and beads.

The Lunéville embroidery is a true luxury craftsmanship dating back from the 19th century. Nowadays, used essentially in the making of haute-couture pieces, this ancestral technic enables to create exceptional embroideries with diverse materials such as beads, pearls and sequins.
This training is open to all who wish to master embroidery technics with the Lunéville hook. You will learn the following:
Beginning stitch, barring stitch
Applying beads
Applying sequins in a row
Applying vermicelli beads
Chain stitch
Applying bursts
Applying sequins in relief

Santiago Lomelli will share his expertise as an artistic director and advise you to develop a collection up to the haute-couture standards.
